Volunteer or Feed
Thank you for your interest in volunteer opportunities with UCF. Do you have a trade, skill, or special talent to offer the campus ministry? If so, contact us at leader@campus-ministry.org or 704-549-8291.
List of Needs
Tuesday Dinner Providers: Ideally church classes or groups can take on the task of feeding college students one meal per semester.
Mission Trip Advisors: Best suited for UNC Charlotte faculty, but others will be considered.
Church Liasons: A person or group who can continually lift-up the good work of UCF within the confines of your own church, helping UCF gain and keep awareness among members.
Staff CoffeeHouse: We would like to provide our coffeehouse to students on a regular basis, but this would take a team of volunteers to make sure the building is unlocked, staffed, and coffee & treats continually served.
Property Use: We love when people are committed to bringing college students together in a way that encourages everyone’s growth in Christ. Folks who own beach houses, mountain retreats, conference centers, etc. can offer a weekend or a week to UCF for a campus ministry retreat.
Ways to Sponsor UCF:
Invite a student to your church to speak about UCF
T Encourage a church class or group to adopt UCF
T Create a campus ministry table or space in your church
T Create a special Sunday for UCF each year
T Invite UCF students to work at your Habitat builds
T Add UCF’s website to your website and publications
T Provide dinner to one of UCF’s weekly programs
T Invite the campus pastor to preach at your church
T Allow UCF to use your church van or bus
T Support a campus ministry intern
T Forward UCF’s newsletters to your congregation
T Host a college student over the holidays
T Greet early morning commuter students with breakfast
T Volunteer with campus ministry projects
T Lead a campus ministry small group or study
T Support the UCF Annual Fund with a donation
T Support the Witherspoon Endowment Fund for UCF
T Sponsor a student on a mission trip or retreat
T Add UCF to your church’s yearly budget
